New Water Efficiency Rebate Program

**As of January 18, 2024, there is only $3,644.17 in grant funding remaining**

Program Overview

The City of Ramsey is excited to announce a NEW water efficiency rebate program for residential and commercial property owners that complete specific water conservation improvement projects.  This opportunity was made possible by a $19,800 grant from the Metropolitan Council through funding from the Clean Water Land and Legacy Amendment.

The water efficiency grant program aims to improve water conservation by reducing demand on the municipal water system.  As a result of this grant funding, the City of Ramsey is offering rebates to residents and businesses that replace existing specific devices with US EPA WaterSense® labeled products or US EPA Energy Star® labeled products purchased between July 1, 2022, and June 30, 2024 (or until the grant funds are exhausted, whichever comes first).  Review an overview of the Metropolitan Council’s grant program.

Eligibility and Approved Devices

Prior to purchasing a new device, use the below links to verify that it is either Energy Star® certified or WaterSense® labeled.  If the device is not on these lists, it does not qualify for a rebate.
