Municipal Center Meeting Rooms

The City of Ramsey has various meeting rooms that can be reserved by the public located at 7550 Sunwood Drive NW Ramsey, MN 55303.

There are five rooms available for rent and are listed with capacities:

Alexander Ramsey Room
- Occupancy: 100
Lake Itasca Room
- Occupancy: 40
Mississippi River Room
- Occupancy: 10
Rum River Room
- Occupancy: 10
Trott Brook Room
- Occupancy: 10

Please note that each room varies in size and technology available.

Policy

Due to the growing demand for these facilities, a process must be followed and completed. The Municipal Center Facility Use and Rental Policy (PDF) establishes guidelines, fees, and deposits for all the rentable rooms within the Municipal Center.

Reservation Information

Please read the Municipal Center Facility Use and Rental Policy (PDF) before calling to reserve a room. To book a reservation, please complete the Municipal Center Permit Application (PDF) and call Ramsey City Hall at 763-427-1410 during office hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
