The City currently operates five utilities: Water, Sewer, Street Lighting, Recycling and Storm Water. The City out-sources the billing and collection of these utilities to OPUS21. These services are billed to residents on a quarterly basis (January, April, July, and October). Payments that not received by the due date will result in a 10% late fee. All accounts that become delinquent are certified to Anoka County for collection with the property taxes. Questions regarding your utility bill may be addressed to OPUS21 at (763) 576-4343 between the hours of 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM Monday – Friday.

Drop Box
A drop box is conveniently located at the Ramsey Municipal Center. The Municipal Center is located at 7550 Sunwood Drive and the drop box is located on the south side of the building in the main parking lot. Please include the remittance slip with your check payment in an enclosed envelope.  

In Person
Resident’s may bring their payment directly to the Ramsey Municipal Center. The Municipal Center is located at 7550 Sunwood Drive.
